Initiate a Return Request
Log into your INAIRSPACE account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund or exchange eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to clear or cover any previous shipping markings.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
